(Amended by Ordinance Nos. 132014 and 163439, effective Sept. 5, 1990.) A. Created. A Committee to be known as the "Committee on Claims" is
hereby created for the purpose of considering fair and moral claims against the
City not covered by insurance and making recommendations concerning the claims
to the City Council.
B. Members. This Committee shall consist of two members of the City
Council appointed by the Mayor, one of whom shall be designated Chairman, and
the City Auditor. The Risk Manager shall meet with the Committee, without power
of vote, and serve as Secretary.
C. Meetings. The Committee shall meet at times designated by the
Chairman.
