A. After the Ombudsman has decided whether or not to investigate a
complaint, the Ombudsman shall inform the complainant. B. The Ombudsman shall, if requested by the complainant, report the
status of his or her investigation to the complainant.
C. After investigation of a complaint, the Ombudsman shall
inform the complainant of his or her conclusion or recommendation and, if
appropriate, any action taken or to be taken by the agency involved.
