• TIP:  Use your Case Number as the "Search Term" to locate the Hearings Officer's Decision/Order.

• TIP:  Land Use Decisions are not archived with the Hearings Office.  Please contact the Bureau of Development Services (BDS) for further assistance with Land Use Decisions.

• Orders/Decisions are available online for past quarters and for the current quarter:  APR - JUN 2013. 

• Hearings Office staff scan Orders/Decisions into the City's E-Files system as they become available, usually within about two weeks.  Please check first to find out if your Order/Decision is online.  If you have verified that it is not already available and you need to access an electronic copy of an Order/Decision, please contact the Hearings Office by telephone at 503-823-7307.
