(Added by Ordinance No. 179417; amended by Ordinance No. 182168, effective October 3, 2008.)  A Participant who participates in the Plan and another Governmental 457(b) Plan of another employer shall be responsible for complying with the deferral limits.  In the event of an excess amount, the Participant shall notify the Committee so that the excess and the proportionate earnings on the excess as determined by the Administrator in accordance with IRC Section 457 may be distributed as soon as practicable after the Committee determines that the amount is an excess deferral.
