Senior Citizen Deferral

This program is no longer offered by the City of Portland.  Following the passage of the 2011 legislative House Bill 2543, the State of Oregon has discontinued the Senior Deferral Program for Special Assessment, and will not accept any further applications for deferral.

Assessments that were previously accepted under the deferral program will continue to be paid by the state as long as the property owner qualifies under the terms of the original program.
